Catering
The Violet Room accommodates up to 65 seated guests and 200 standing guests.
It’s available for Lunch, Dinner, and Cocktail Parties, Tuesday – Saturday.
Following is a list of options available for this room. Please use the form below to submit your event’s information, and Phil, our catering director, will contact you to answer any questions, assist you with booking the event, and help with any further details on room scheduling and menu choices!
Catering Pricing
Cocktail Party
20 person minimum: 5pm – 10pm (3 hr duration)
- Times Negotiable
- Choice of 4 Appetizers
- $25.00 per person plus 8% sales tax & service charge (based on guest count)
– Add an additional appetizer, +$2.50 per person
Dinner
Dinner (20 person minimum): 5pm – 10pm (3 hr duration)
- 1 Appetizer
- Mixed Green Salad (Caesar or Mesclun Salad, +$1 per person)
- Choice of 2 Entrées
- Dessert (+$4 per person)
- Organic Honduran Coffee, French Roast Decaf, Assorted Teas
- $25.00 per person plus 8% sales tax & service charge (based on guest count)

Hot Lunch
20 person minimum: 11:30am – 5pm (3 hr duration)
- Garden Salad w/choice of dressings
- Choice of 2 Entrées
- Organic Honduran Coffee, French Roast Decaf, Assorted Teas
- Iced Tea, House Lemonade
- $18 per person, plus 8% sales tax, & service charge (based on guest count)
– Include dessert, +$3 per person
– Provide your own dessert, +$1 plate fee per person
Sandwich Lunch
20 person minimum: 11:30am – 5pm (3 hr duration)
- Choice of 3 Sandwiches
- Choice of 2 Salads (mixed green, sun-dried penne, fresh fruit salad, or café fries)
